We missed it last year, but the tradition is back again this year! Every year Primary Children’s Medical Center in SLC hosts a fundraising event where people decorate trees themed after a sponsor. These sponsors
are people who in some way or another, have benefited from services offered by Primary’s. A few year’s ago our favorite tree was a huge, ornate hand blown glass tree. This year I think it was a toss up for the kids, between the Harry Potter Tree, the Hotwheels Tree, and the Origami tree. We met up with Julie and Hank and Elise and Maya. I guess Lauren was busy doing swim team tryouts (sounds fun to me)!
For me, I liked most of the gingerbread decorate trees! I think the Gingerbread House section is pretty cool to look at too! This one themed after the Onceler’s House from the Dr. Seuss movie/book “The Lorax,” was pretty amazing! These people have some serious gingerbread skills!
